Kathleen Donnellon has been a lawyer for over 25 years. Kathleen commenced practice at a leading Mebourne commercial firm, practicing primarily in family law. For a number of years, she worked as a solicitor at Broadmeadows Legal Service. She was subsequently appointed manager of the conciliation section of the Victorial Legal Profession Tribunal. Part of her role was to conduct conciliations between lawyers and their clients. Kathleen has worked as both mediator and conciliator at VCAT and also privately. For the past 8 years, she has taught and conducted research at the Melbourne Law School in the areas of mediation and other forms of dispute resolution, court procedure and legal ethics.
